This past week we had Rod Seifert as a guest speaker talking to the club about Salute the Troops fundraising concert to benefit Victory House of the Lehigh Valley. The concert will be held Sunday November 10 at 3pm and tickets are $10. Our signature fundraising event Tastes and Tunes Goes to the Races is quickly approaching. The event will be held Sunday October 13 at DeSales University. If you have not gotten your tickets or sponsorship the time is now! Horses are going fast…..no pun intended. In addition, auction baskets or baskets item donations are also welcome.

 

And for the stargazers among you - tonight's "supermoon" or "harvest" moon also includes a partial lunar eclipse that will peak at 10:35 pm if the cloud cover will let you see it.
